Abstract: 

In proceedings of the Kazakhstan historians, ethnologists, sociologists and political scientists Kazakhs of the Peoples Republic of China, mostly, appear as carriers of traditional culture and an embodiment of national originality. To the Kazakhstan researchers impose that kept during the tragical XXth century and the modernisations restored for last decades traditional culture and forms of managing of the Chinese Kazakhs develop and have solid state support. Some Chinese initiatives, for example, development of ethnographic tourism, the inclusion of objects of a cultural heritage of the Kazakh people in lists of a non-material cultural heritage of UNESCO, are perceived as the useful experience, worthy loans. The Kazakhstan publications constructed on field researches fix a duality, ambiguity of the situation: yes, at consecutive modernisation of the Chinese society well-being of the Chinese Kazakhs increases, they have all possibilities for development of the national culture. At the same time prompt economic development SUAR, urbanization, development of a tourist infrastructure, at least, alter traditional farm patterns together with the immemorial territories Kazakh nomads, actually approaching an authentic Kazakh community to lose of the national originality.
