Abstract
U.S. - China relations are the most significant bilateral relations of contemporary interstate system. The Human rights issues are quite topical and one of the most crucial in them. The Author of this paper proposes civilization-historical framework as anattempt to comprehend the complexity of this matterin Sino-American relations.
