Abstract
The theories and ways of assuring the competitive leadership in the context of globalization are studied in this article. The positions of China at the world market of high technologies are analyzed in comparison to innovative leaders. The competetive state’s economical sectors in the context of evolving of the Industry 4.0 along with the major ways of their development were determined. he steps of the reforms regarding to the evolving of high-technological sectors of China along with the specifications of its national innovative system were studied.
